About the Study
This research builds on and complements CPJ’s recent initiatives that seek to understand the impact of Covid-19 on the communities at margins through the lens of humanitarian response. The study also identifies lacunae in public policy through policy mapping and exploratory research to develop critical variables to collect empirical data from the selected panel of households.
The research brings together the public and those in leadership positions, capable of influencing and developing policy, through the unique consultative and participatory mechanism of a policy clinic. Through these policy clinics the research presents research findings to policy influencers, seeking directions to develop alternative policy recommendations. This initiative is aided by a public-facing web-based dashboard that allows for live feedback from marginalised groups through data analytics and info-graphics. read more
